Our promise to you:

• Our premium products are shipped to you in containers that insure the integrity of the products you order.
• The perishable products you receive will arrive either frozen or chilled.
• If your product does not arrive in satisfactory condition please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we may replace the product or refund your purchase. Please contact us the by next business day, (Monday-Friday) following your delivery @ 800-587-2010 (8 A.M.-5 P.M. Eastern Standard Time).

All replacements and/or refunds are at the discretion of A. Thomas Meats.
