USDA Choice Beef is the second highest quality beef certified by the Federal Government. Only USDA Prime is higher quality.
 
At  A.Thomas Meats we take pride in each of our premium steaks. Our steaks are hand-cut from Aged USDA Graded Prime and Choice grain-fed beef. These well marbled steaks are cut-to-order and then vacuum packaged individually. They are not supermarket steaks on little styrofoam trays, nor are they 10# boxes of frozen, mass-produced, machine cut steaks that are cut from un-graded or un-aged beef.
