Ingredients: Super Fine Italian Rice

Preparation: Roland® Arborio Rice is prepared by adding broth a ladle at a time, simmering and stirring until rice has absorbed all liquid, but is still al dente; approximately 30 minutes. Broth to rice ratio is approximately 2 to 1. Do not overcook rice. Serve immediately.
