One pound packages of lamb cubes cut from the leg of lamb. Each package is individually vacuum sealed so that you can use 1 pound at a time and freeze the rest, or use all 3 pounds at once.  Make your own kabobs. Place them on a skewer with onion, pepper, tomato and mushroom and cook them over a charcoal fire. Serve with Pita Bread (1 package included) and you have your own Greek feast.  For a unique twist make a plum sauce marinade and soak them overnight.
