PACKAGING
To insure that your products arrive in excellent condition A.Thomas uses the following methods of protection for its products:
1. Most meats are vacuum packaged individually and frozen fresh.
2. They are boxed in a sturdy attractive box for additional protection and insulation.
3. The products are then packed in a reusable polystyrene container with dry ice and/or gel packs.
4. Finally, that container is placed in a sturdy corrugated box for a final layer of protection and insulation.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Products are normally shipped from 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed. This allows us to custom process your order where necessary. We also elect not to ship on a day which may cause your order to remain in a warehouse over a weekend. Orders are normally shipped UPS ground. Refer to the accompanying chart for a reference on the delivery timetable for your area. Normal delivery days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. To insure initial delivery, we do not require a receipt signature and request the shipper leave the package at your door. Many customers request their order be shipped to a business address to help insure a secure and prompt receipt of product.

TRACKING NUMBER
If a valid e-mail address is given at the time of your order, a tracking number will be sent to you.

VERIFY SHIPPING INFORMATION
We strive to insure all deliveries are made properly, but it is very important for you to verify your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

REFUND AND RETURNS
A. Thomas Foodservice guarantees that the product and grade you order will be the product and grade you receive. Our Prime and Choice is genuine USDA graded beef. If we are out of the item you order we may offer a substitute of equal or higher value at no extra cost.

We guarantee that A.Thomas Meats are processed in a USDA Inspected facility, and will arrive frozen or chilled in wholesome condition.

Our meats are weighed on electronic digital scales to insure the accuracy of the weight of the meat you are buying.

If we fail to live up to our agreement you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Call our Customer Service Department at 1(800) 587-2010 ext. 3. After hours, leave a message explaining the problem in detail and a phone number where you can be reached Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM EDT. If you have not contacted us by the next calendar day you may not be entitled to a refund. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that may be unfounded or fraudulent. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Do not return any product without making arrangements with our Customer Service Department.
